1.Computer control, easy to operate.

2.Using high-precision displacement sensor, the accuracy is better than ±0.01mm under large range.

3.Automatic temperature control, automatic generation and storage of test results.

4.Adopt absolute temperature sensor to collect temperature, with wide temperature control range, high precision and good stability.

5.Adopt PWM modulation mode for temperature PID control to ensure no overshoot of temperature.

6.Linear modulation of temperature sensor and displacement sensor can ensure linearity within full scale.

7.The data collection method is to collect 11 points in the area of 210mm symmetrical to the center of the test mold to obtain the average deformation, which is used as deformation value when calculating the test results.

8.Stop tests by stopping according to the number of laps or stopping OR according to the depth of the rut.

9.Using an open working platform, the test wheel can be lifted automatically, which is convenient for installation and removal of the test mold.

10. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, beautiful and easy to clean.
